WHAT TO BRING?
A yoga mat, a towel or a throw, and water for hydration. Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows you to easily bend and stretch. Hungry? It is best to eat a light meal 2 hours prior to your practice.
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are late, PLEASE enter quietly with respect to the students and teacher. If you need to leave class early, please set up close to the door. Be mindful of your fellow students as you are leaving.
Please silence your cell phone. Disconnect to reconnect!
Please remove your shoes outside of the studio before class.
Mats are available at the studio. If you use a studio mat, please take a moment to wipe it down and roll it up.
